Q: Does climate control prevent humidity damage? A: Each climate control building has a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system (HVAC). The HVAC de-humidifies the air in a space, reducing the chance of mold and mildew.
Q: How long is the lease? A: It is a month to month lease. The lease will renew the following month on the same date a customer rents the unit. For example; A customer rents a unit on January 16th. If the customer would like to keep it for another month, then on Febuary 16th the lease will “roll over.” This will also be the date the rent is due.
