Best customer service. Dave is an invaluable manager. Always courteous and kind. Courtesy calls to ensure you keep ahead of your rental. I would recommend this place for storage. They have inside and outside units. Also, space for cars and boats. Nearer units. Gate protection is always working.

I have moved a lot over the years and have used many different storage facilities. Most I really didn’t have major complaints but at the same token, nothing to write home about. This is the first storage facility that truly gave me a positive experience from beginning to end and even surprisingly gone the extra mile to help me out. I’ve never worked with such great customer support! When I first planned my move, I contacted them because I had hoped to find a home there. Dave worked with me to take care of everything via phone and email. This guy really outshines all. I wasn’t living in VA at the time because I was staying in S.C. to aide my mother in her last days. During this time, I’ve had issues with hackers in my credit cards and had to get new ones. When my card didn’t go through for my unit rental (I forgot to update), Dave quickly alerted me so I wouldn’t have to pay the late fees. (He was my rock there) and I couldn’t have done it so smoothly without him. Hands down, this is the place to go if you’re looking for storage space in that area. You won’t find such perfection between facilities and customer service as you will here. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The manager Dave Sleeper was very professional and helpful. The facility is very clean and smells clean. The bathroom is always clean. And being offered a drink is such a show of kindness. It’s the little things that matter. Respect and politeness. His assistant Mike is also polite and kind.
