As I was planning to move to North Carolina, a family member suggested AA Storage. It was my first time renting a storage unit, so I was skeptical. It’s been almost 2 years and I’m still renting a unit. I have NO complaints about this facility. It’s affordable, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The location and access hours are very convenient for me. My work schedule fluctuates but I’m able to drop off things or pick up things at my unit going to or from work. The payment operations are wonderful! I prefer email receipts. Whether I pay in person or on the phone, my receipt is always emailed to me the same day. I love that! As a new resident to the area, I have referred this facility to family members who are moving here. Keep doing a great job, AA Storage-Oxford!

Rented indoor climate controlled unit. Facility is clean, and well maintained. Very happy with our experience as first time storage renters. Ask for Hannah when you call. Hannah is friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire process easy.

I don’t have a unit there, but my friend’s car broke down there and we tried to get it started up. They were very nice in letting us leave it there while we went to buy jumper cables and they let us use the restroom. Appeared very clean, they had a mini fridge and AC, not that we were hanging out for long. But if you’ve got stuff to store, seems like a great place to do it!
