Vehicle and Boat/RV Storage FAQs
• What is vehicle or Boat and RV storage?
Vehicle and Boat/RV storage is a dedicated space designed to park cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, trailers, or RVs. It offers a secure alternative to street parking or crowded driveways, protecting your vehicle from theft, vandalism, and, depending on the unit type, the elements.
What types of vehicle storage do you offer?
Outside/Uncovered Parking: A numbered parking space within our gated perimeter.
Covered: A roofed, open structure that protects your vehicle from sun and rain.
Enclosed: A fully walled, garage-style unit that provides maximum protection and privacy.
What documentation do I need to store a vehicle?
- A valid government-issued photo ID.
- Proof of ownership (Title and/or Registration).
- Proof of active insurance coverage.
Does the vehicle need to be in working condition?
Yes. To maintain a clean and safe environment, all stored vehicles must be in good working order and “road-ready.” This means they must have inflated tires and be able to operate.
